About Dr. Claudia Diez
Dr. Claudia Diez is a consulting and clinical psychologist in private practice. She has expertise in individual psychotherapy for adults, couples counseling, and coaching for working dyads (cofounders, business partners, friends, or family working together.)
Years of intensive hospital experience led to her peer-recognized keen diagnostic and therapeutic skills; extensive private practice led her to specialize in facilitating interpersonal awareness and change, with focus on couples' conflicts and relational coaching.
Having trained in most major lines of psychotherapy (Psychodynamic, CBT, AEDP, interpersonal, EFT, among others), she integrates them moment by moment as is the best fit, a flexibility that allows optimal interventions. A decade of work with couples and dyads culminated in her adoption of Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy Model for couples work, the most effective methodology for change among individuals experiencing conflict in their close relationships, whether intimate or professional.
Dr. Diez has extensive experience working with a broad range of needs, including:
● Relationship conflicts (work, partners, family)
● Self-esteem and identity conflicts
● Performance impediments
● Mood and Anxiety Disturbances
● Intimacy, Sexuality
